Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details via email.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on orders of ₹999 and above.
A standard shipping fee may be applied to orders below ₹999.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To confirm Cash on Delivery orders and reduce fake bookings, we collect a ₹50 advance confirmation fee at checkout.

The ₹50 amount is adjusted in the final payable amount.
The remaining balance is collected at the time of delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery delays may occur during high-volume periods, weather disruptions, or courier issues.
