Go to "My Orders" → Select item → "Cancel" (only if status is "Processing")
Is COD available?
Yes, but limited to ₹5,000 per order

Can I return sale items?
Only if defective. Final sale items are non-returnable

How do I become a seller?
Register at sellers.letsdofashion.com → Submit GSTIN/PAN → Upload catalog
When will I receive my seller payout?
Every Thursday for orders delivered the prior week

What are the delivery timelines?
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through our "Where's My Order?" portal or via SMS/email updates
